Alliance Contracting is the continuation of John Amis's 35+ year career in the construction industry. Currently, we hold a Class A-2 Building License in El Paso County, accredited by the ICBO and recognized in three western states. As an OSHA-trained and certified business, we work hard to complete all our projects safely.

Working in both the commercial and residential worlds, there are a multitude of projects that we are well suited for. We have experience in taking acres of raw ground and building them into finished commercial sites and home communities being lived in today. We take great pride in being able to transform our clients’ current spaces and renovating them into what they want and need them to be.

On the design / build side, this streamlines the flow of information and expedites the building process.

Through the Renovation process we have keen insight into the typical building assemblies utilized throughout time which allows us to foresee potential hurdles and navigate elements of the project that may require extra attention.
